Blessings in a Backpack is actively monitoring the incidence of COVID-19 nationwide. We have been asked how COVID-19 may impact upcoming events.
Blessings in a Backpack is following guidance from local health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding large gatherings, including CDC recommendations on preventing the spread of COVID-19. Please refer to your local government’s guidance and recommendations regarding gatherings in your area.
As has always been our policy, please notify Blessings in a Backpack as soon as possible if you are planning to host an event in your community. The safety of our volunteers, staff, donors, and those we serve is of the utmost importance to us. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates when additional information becomes available.
